One of our root values at Beth El is emet - honesty and authenticity. Every day we work together to create a safe space for inclusion and belonging for people of all identities to share our whole selves and to seek and speak candidly from a place of deep truth about who we are and what matters to us. It is in this spirit that we turn this week to celebrate Pride Shabbat during services on Saturday morning, beginning at 10:15am, held at Beth El in the Beit Midrash and also on Zoom.

During the service we'll invite LGBTQ+ participants to share informal reflections on their identities and what Pride means to them. Family member allies will also be invited to share, and we'll all have an opportunity to listen and bear witness. No need to sign up in advance - just plan to join us in reflection and celebration!
