Mincha (afternoon) service led by Rabbi Harry Manhoff (In the Sanctuary and Zoom)

Israeli Voices/Our Voices - Reflections One Year after October 7th (Beit Midrash)
Let’s come together to share our reflections on where we are one year after October 7th. As part of the discussion, we’ll highlight a variety of Israeli voices/perspectives that Donna and Gadi Meir encountered on their trip to Israel this past June. This conversation will be a space to listen and support one another, and not be a political forum.
Yom Kippur Teen Experience (218)
Join your teen community for a contemplative and creative experience reflecting on the themes of Yom Kippur. This program is open to all 6th-12th graders and will be taking place as part of Beth El's larger Yom Kippur afternoon session offerings.
Yom Kippur Yoga Session (Room 215/216)
Take an opportunity on Yom Kippur to connect with your body, mind and spirit through the medium of movement. This 1-hr and 15- minute hatha yoga class led by Beth El congregant Trang Robinson will guide you through a nurturing and gentle practice to create space for stillness and introspection. Please bring your own yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. We hope you will join us!
The Power of Belonging led by Beth El’s B-REDI Team (217)
Join the B-REDI (Belonging, Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) team to engage in dialogue and build on the work of fostering belonging within our vibrant Beth El family. We will offer activities and discussions designed to enrich our understanding of what it means to belong, with a particular focus on racial equity, diversity, and inclusion. Together, we'll identify ways to strengthen connections for people of all backgrounds and identities in our community. This isn’t just a gathering—it’s an opportunity to explore, connect, and grow together in a spirit of unity and inclusiveness.

Hands-on Art: A Vision of a New Year with Juliet Gardner (Art Room)
As we reflect on our goals and hopes for this year, sometimes art can illuminate our priorities and help us focus on what is most important to us. Through collage, words, and drawing, we will each make our own vision board reflecting our wishes and aims for the coming year. No art skills needed! This session ids geared towards adults and teens.
Family Goal Setting for 5785 Led by Robyn Shapiro and Jessie Weiser (Room 220)
Join as we share our family values and goals as we enter the year 5785. We will discuss and artistically capture our ideas for celebrating the new year. This program is for adults and children who are accompanied by an adult.
