Beth El is a charitable 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Like many religious non-profits, Beth El does not have an IRS-issued Letter of Determination, because religious non-profits are not required to have them. For this reason, you may not find Beth El listed in websites like Charity Navigator and elsewhere that choose only to list non-profits with an IRS Letter of Determination. 

Since 1945, donations to Congregation Beth El have been, and always will be, tax-deductable just like donations to any other nonprofit organization, to the extent permitted under current tax law.
